About Us

OrderMesh is the operating system powering modern print-on-demand fulfillment.

We build software that sits at the center of a highly complex global supply chain — connecting brands, marketplaces, and producers through a single, intelligent order orchestration platform.

OrderMesh is part of Taylor Corporation, a multi-billion-dollar global leader in print, manufacturing, and technology-enabled services. Taylor operates one of the largest and most sophisticated production footprints in the world, serving enterprise customers across retail, ecommerce, corporate, promotional, and personalized products.

Together, OrderMesh and Taylor are transforming how physical products are produced, routed, and fulfilled, using modern, API-first software to replace fragmented, legacy systems that were never built for today’s scale or speed.

Working at OrderMesh means getting the speed, ownership, and impact of a startup, with the stability, scale, and backing of a global organization. We have:

  • Small, high-ownership teams
  • Real autonomy over architecture and technical decisions
  • Direct line of sight between what you build and how it’s used
  • Projects that involve solving complex, real-world problems
  • A product that’s actively evolving and scaling

Join OrderMesh if you’re looking for the best of a technology startup but with the stability and backbone of an enterprise corporation. As part of Taylor Corporation, we have:

  • Long-term stability and financial backing
  • Access to real production environments and enterprise-grade use cases
  • Deep domain expertise in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chains
  • The ability to build software that actually runs at global scale
  • Investment in security, compliance (SOC 2), and reliability from day one

We’re scaling a platform that already runs real production volume, expanding its capabilities, and shaping how an entire industry operates going forward. You’ll be joining at a moment where your decisions — architectural, technical, and product-driven — will have long-lasting impact.

If you want to build serious software, solve meaningful problems, and do it with the backing of a world-class organization, working at OrderMesh is a rare opportunity.

Lead product strategy and own the end-to-end UX for our Order Management platforms — hands-on, from concept to delivery — ensuring every workflow is intuitive, efficient, and built to scale across millions of orders daily.

What You’ll Do

You won’t just collaborate on UX — you’ll drive it. From early discovery through final delivery, you’ll personally own the design and usability of our platform, using AI-powered tools to move fast and validate ideas before they reach engineering. You think in user flows, speak fluently in components, and can go from whiteboard to working prototype without relying on a dedicated design team.

  • Own the full UX process: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping
  • Conduct merchant and stakeholder interviews to surface pain points and translate findings directly into design decisions
  • Build and iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted tools to rapidly explore and validate concepts
  • Define and maintain a cohesive design system and interaction patterns across the platform
  • Write detailed UX specs, annotated wireframes, and interaction guidelines that engineering can build directly from
  • Validate delivered features against UX intent through hands-on QA and usability review
  • Establish and track usability metrics — task completion, error rates, time-on-task — and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Own the product roadmap with UX at the center, balancing business priorities with user experience quality

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Product Management with demonstrated, hands-on UX ownership — not just collaboration
  • Deep expertise in UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
  • Proficiency in Figma — including auto layout, component libraries, variables, and prototyping — at a level beyond basic wireframing
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as v0, Galileo AI, Uizard, and Relume to accelerate UI generation and iteration
  • Ability to use AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) to generate user flows, stress-test logic, draft UX copy, and produce specs at speed
  • Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, component-based architecture) to communicate precisely with engineers and ensure design fidelity
  • Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing findings into prioritized, actionable improvements
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools such as Maze, Hotjar, or FullStory
  • Background in B2B and/or eCommerce platforms — understanding complex, data-dense workflows and how to make them feel simple

Bonus

  • Background in UX Design or Frontend Engineering
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems from the ground up
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or Portfolio for roadmap and delivery tracking
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Technology

OrderMesh is the operating system for modern print-on-demand fulfillment, and we're looking for a Backend Developer to help build and scale the platform. You'll work with .NET, Kafka, Temporal, MongoDB, and Kubernetes in a high-ownership small-team environment. Backed by Taylor Corporation, it's the rare combination of startup autonomy and enterprise stability at a moment when your architectural decisions will have real, lasting impact.

March 16, 2026

About us

OrderMesh is the operating system for modern print-on-demand fulfillment.

We build intelligent order orchestration software that sits at the center of a complex global supply chain — connecting brands, marketplaces, and producers through a single platform. We replace the fragmented legacy systems that the industry has outgrown, with modern, API-first software built for today’s scale and speed.

OrderMesh is part of Taylor Corporation, a multi-billion-dollar global leader in print, manufacturing, and technology-enabled services — operating one of the largest production footprints in the world, serving enterprise customers across retail, ecommerce, and beyond.

The best of both worlds — and we mean it.

Most companies say “startup energy with enterprise backing.” Few actually deliver it. At OrderMesh, the combination is real:

  • Startup ownership: Small, high-trust teams. Real autonomy over architecture. A direct line between what you build and how it performs in production.
  • Enterprise foundation: Long-term financial stability, SOC 2 compliance, access to global-scale production environments, and deep domain expertise in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chains.

Why now?

We’re at an inflection point. The platform already runs real, live production volume — and we’re expanding its capabilities, building out new infrastructure, and actively shaping how an entire industry operates. The decisions you make here — technical, architectural, product-driven — will have lasting impact.

This isn’t a role where you maintain someone else’s roadmap. You’ll be building serious software, solving meaningful real-world problems, and doing it with the backing of a world-class organization.

If that’s the kind of work you’re looking for, OrderMesh is a rare opportunity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help build and scale distributed systems across our platform. You’ll work closely with product teams from concept through to production, contributing to architecture decisions and shipping features that matter. We expect you to be leveraging AI development tools as part of how you work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain services using .NET in a microservice architecture
  • Work with event-driven systems using Kafka and Temporal for workflow orchestration
  • Build and optimize data layers using MongoDB and Redis
  • Deploy services in Kubernetes (k8s) environments
  • Collaborate directly with product teams from early concept through to production release
  • Develop frontend using React when needed
  • Use AI development tools like Claude Code as part of your daily development workflow
  • Work with MCP servers and agentic development workflows
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of our platform

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with .NET/C#
  • Solid working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, and Temporal
  • Experience building and operating microservices deployed on Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven design patterns
  • Strong working knowledge of React
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex
  • Experience with MCP servers and agentic development workflows
  • Proven track record of working embedded with product teams, taking features from concept to production
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce or supply chain domains
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices

About the Role

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Ordermesh Inc, you will be a key force in evolving our automation-first quality culture.

You’ll design test systems that not only validate functionality but also ensure the stability, performance, and security of a platform that integrates dozens of microservices and MCPs (Microservice Communication Patterns) including: Kafka topics, NoSQL DBs, REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows.

This is a role for someone who wants to own the automation narrative: embedding tests at build-time, measuring quality in real-time, and enabling developers to ship confidently and safely through self-service, CI-driven quality pipelines.

We believe that automation is not just a tooling layer, it’s a mindset. At OrderMesh, SDETs are not only gatekeepers; they are enablers who empower development teams to deliver quality continuously, confidently, and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion an automation-first mindset; manual testing should be the exception, not the rule.
  • Design, build, and scale automated test frameworks for APIs, UI, and end-to-end microservice validation using Node.js, Playwright, and related frameworks.
  • Develop load and resilience testing suites with Grafana k6 to benchmark and harden distributed systems.

  • Mock endpoints with services like microcks or postman to simulate responses
  • Lead TDD adoption by embedding test scaffolds into developer workflows and enforcing test coverage standards across repositories.
  • Embed security testing and data validation checks into automation frameworks for proactive vulnerability detection.
  • Create test observability dashboards (via Grafana or Datadog) that expose quality metrics alongside performance and error budgets.
  • Perform exploratory testing to supplement automation with contextual discovery and edge-case validation.
  • Collaborate with developers, SREs, and product managers to drive a shared understanding of quality across environments.

  • Experience validating MCP integrations including: message brokers (Kafka), service meshes (Istio), and REST/gRPC endpoints.
  • Working knowledge of Playwright or similar browser automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of TDD, security testing, and DevSecOps principles.
  • Excellent debugging, observability, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for driving automation-first culture and mentoring others in modern test engineering practices.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized CI environments.
  • Familiarity with contract testing frameworks for validating MCP communication.
  • Experience with Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms for system and test observability.

OrderMesh is the operating system for modern print-on-demand fulfillment, and we're looking for a Platform Engineer and SRE to build, automate, and maintain the core infrastructure powering the platform. You'll work across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on Azure, Kubernetes, observability tooling, and workflow automation using n8n and MCP integrations. Backed by Taylor Corporation, it's the rare combination of startup autonomy and enterprise stability at a moment when your work will directly shape the reliability and scale of an entire industry platform.

March 16, 2026

About the Role

As a Platform Engineer / SRE at Ordermesh Inc, you will be a key player in building, automating, and maintaining our core infrastructure and development platform. You’ll apply DevOps and reliability engineering principles to ensure our systems are resilient, observable, and scalable—while also supporting internal teams with tooling, troubleshooting, and non-technical guidance.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building robust systems, solving high-impact issues, and explaining technical topics in a clear, approachable way to a non-technical audience. You’ll also help us increase leverage across teams through workflow automation (n8n), AI-enabled tooling (MCP integrations), and quality-focused automation practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that improve reliability and reduce deployment friction
  • Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (Grafana preferred) to improve system visibility and uptime
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide platform-level support for engineering, growth, operations, and partner support teams
  • Respond to internal support tickets with clarity and empathy; translating technical solutions into business context
  • Partner with developers to ensure platform infrastructure meets evolving application and performance requirements
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce technologies that improve the scalability, availability, and performance of our systems
  • Build workflow automations using n8n to streamline operational processes (e.g., ticket triage, release coordination, on-call workflows, notifications, approvals)
  • Support QA automation enablement by improving test environments, pipeline reliability, and integrating automated test signals into release workflows
  • Integrate AI-enabled automation via MCPs (Model Context Protocol) or similar patterns to connect tools (e.g., observability, CI/CD, ticketing, runbooks) into reliable, auditable workflows

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
  • Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Implement scalable CI/CD solutions in GitHub Actions, or equivalent
  • Translate internal team feedback into automation or platform improvements
  • Write clean, maintainable scripts in Python, Golang, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Ops to optimize deployments and release workflows
  • Solve incoming tickets from internal teams and provide clear, non-technical explanations
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed
  • Design and maintain n8n-based workflows that connect systems like GitHub, Jira, Slack, Datadog, and internal services to reduce manual work
  • Create safe, observable automation: retries, idempotency, alerting, and runbooks for workflow-driven operations
  • Partner with QA / Engineering to improve automated testing foundations (test data, ephemeral environments, create and manage reusable libraries, stability of Playwright/k6 or equivalent), and ensure test results are actionable in CI/CD
  • Leverage MCP-based integrations (or equivalent AI integration frameworks) to operationalize tasks like incident summarization, ticket enrichment, change review assistance, and runbook-guided remediation while maintaining security and auditability

You Should Have

  • Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, or high-transaction environments
  • Experience in startups or growth-phase companies, comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valuable)
  • Experience building and deploying applications in C#, Node.js, or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integrations and backend system design
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when translating complex technical topics to non-technical teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments
  • Willingness to work flexibly between 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM (your local time) as needed
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations (n8n strongly preferred), including webhooks, API integrations, and maintaining production-grade flows
  • Working knowledge of QA automation concepts (test pyramids, flaky test reduction, test environment design, CI signal quality) and experience collaborating with QA/SDET teams
  • Familiarity with MCPs (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-integration patterns for connecting AI systems to operational tooling in a secure, controlled way

Bonus Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes (k8s)
  • Experience implementing monitoring and observability systems (Grafana preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with DevOps culture, SRE principles, and incident management workflows
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating on process documentation
  • Previous leadership experience or mentorship of other engineers (strong plus)
  • Experience in B2B tech or platforms that support product catalogs, inventory, or transactional workflows
  • Experience building AI-enabled workflows (e.g., incident triage, ticket enrichment, test-plan generation, release notes) with appropriate guardrails and auditability
  • Experience maintaining QA automation frameworks or infrastructure (e.g., Playwright, k6, Selenium/Cypress, contract testing, test reporting)
  • Experience integrating CI/CD with Jira/Xray or similar test management tooling
